The location is good, just 5 minutes from Seoul Station. The shop assistant was very helpful. He also understood English perfectly.

The gentleman who runs the shop is incredibly kind and helpful! He speaks good English and doesn't hesitate to give advice on how to get to your destination from Seoul Station. You can really leave your luggage with him with your eyes closed.

Great experience with this Location. The owner/operator was very friendly and went out of his way to help direct us, get us in a taxi and give us tips on shortcuts to Seoul Station. He also spoke English which was very helpful to me as a tourist. The storage facility was also a convenience store which was great to pick up some snacks before heading on the train. Hope to use this service again with them.

Absolutely spot on. The business was actually opened before the stated time. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Made all checks at receipt and return, the bags were labelled so no risk of mixing up with others. The owner offered directions to the train station and the correct platform, even lifted the bags outside the door. Perfect experience.

Owner was one of the nicest people I ever met. Helped us with our bags, asked if we needed water for free, asked if I needed suggestions for restaurants, said I can leave my additional backpack that I didn’t initially pay for, for free, and even noticed that I was uneasy about leaving my bag so he showed me where he keeps it and said he can put my bag in a separate area if that made me feel more comfortable. He even made sure to have us double check what terminal we were at and make sure we got the right size taxi for our luggage which saved us a lot of time and money. It’s a no brainer to just leave it with him there instead of lugging your bags to Seoul station hoping there is space.

Store operator was very nice and provided free water at drop off and directions for best taxi pick up area to our next hotel.
