The place is in the lobby of a small motel. Dropping off your bags is easy: just show your QR code from the app and you're done. Picking them up is the same. Exit Exit 10 of Seoul Station, turn sharply right after the stairs, and go up a steep hill about 40 meters. The motel is located right at the top of this hill.

I left my luggage at the Zyolk Seoul Station Hotel and had no problems. The process was very simple.

The hotel is a bit of a climb up the hill, but it's right outside Exit 10 of Seoul Station. The staff is friendly and fast! I recommend it.

Its up a steep hill so make sure you get dropped off/picked up on a taxi

Super smooth experience and the nice lady at the reception desk even let me use their toilet to change. And yeah the hotel is a bit uphill (around 12% slope) but it's just about 50m from subway entrance 10, so no big deal
