At first, I was a little bit lost, confused to find out where exactly the space located. It turns out, there is a dedicated space outside the Butter shop where you had to push the bell in order to call the staff. Just be patient after pressing the ring bell about 1 min since 아저씨 will have to walk out and meet you.

I was booked to store my bag here for several days but was unable to make it to the location in time before my train left. The bounce team was very responsive and accommodating. I would certainly use them again

Super easy and convenient! Right across the street from Seoul Station. Being able to book ahead is great because the luggage storage at Seoul Station is first come, first serve.

The restaurant has a rest period until 5pm instead of 4pm which is stated in the app, but you can message the restaurant and an employee will open the door for you to give up or collect your luggage. Everything was very smooth and easy.

Great. Use exit 1 for this location it’s inside a restaurant. The restaurant staff is not always around during the day unless you reserve the time slot online and they will be there then. Super easy.

A small walk from Seoul station. I didn't expect the location to be in a restaurant, but overall it seemed my bag was untouched and kept safe. Would definitely book for the day again if needed.

The hotel is located near Seoul Station Exit 10 but it’s a bit uphill so heads up to those who are navigating their way here. No elevators nearby if you have a lot of luggages. Communication with the staff is okay just show your QR code and you’re good to go.

Very friendly staff, both drop-off and pick-up were hassle-free. The only downside is the location, which is uphill, which was tiring with heavy suitcases.
