Very nice and friendly staff.

On sunny days, there are no problems at all, but I think it would be tough to push a suitcase up a hill on a rainy day. However, since I wasn't sure if I could reserve a coin locker, it was very reassuring to know that I could definitely leave my luggage near Seoul Station. I just told the GS25 convenience store clerk that I wanted to leave my luggage and showed them the QR code, and there were no problems at all.

I highly recommend this facility. It's located very close to Seoul Station, making it easy for foreigners to find. And best of all, the owner is incredibly kind. They stored my belongings in a clean space, which was a huge help.

Fantastic service. Staff were friendly and very accommodating given we got caught in a huge down pour of rain while waiting for our cab. They kindly allowed us to wait in the coffee shop without purchasing anything. Very convenient location next to Seoul station.

If you’re taking KTX lines, choose a different spot. Very friendly staff but had to ring the bell both at pickup and drop off even though it was normal business hours.

The storage is inside the hotel, really not to far from exit 10 of Seoul station, convenient and quite cheap :)

Perfect for long term bag drop. No issues, fast process, good communication.

Smooth and efficient process, quick. Just the steep uphill to bring luggages and the station exit 10 is ONLY 3 flights of stairs and no elevator option which was quite a surprise. If you’re ok with that then go ahead, but it’s a bit tiring for luggage storage.

Bounce made our multi-city Korea trip so much easier and stress-free! The booking process was incredibly simple — we went on the Bounce website, selected our drop-off and pickup dates, chose our preferred locality in Seoul, and a partner hotel was automatically assigned to us nearby. No hunting around, no phone calls, no complications. We stored our bags for 6 days while traveling to Busan and Jeju, and the assigned hotel location turned out to be perfectly convenient — right in the Seoul Station area so we could hop directly onto the AREX Express to our hotel near Incheon Airport upon return. Drop-off and pickup were an absolute breeze — simply show your QR code to the hotel staff and they handle everything from there. Quick, friendly, and completely hassle-free both ways. Being able to travel freely around Korea without dragging heavy luggage everywhere was priceless. Bounce genuinely transformed our experience. Highly recommended for anyone doing multi-city trips in Korea or anywhere in the world!

I was confused as it is a restaurant, but it they were so nice and helpful. Easy drop off

The restaurant has a rest period until 5pm instead of 4pm which is stated in the app, but you can message the restaurant and an employee will open the door for you to give up or collect your luggage. Everything was very smooth and easy.

Great. Use exit 1 for this location it’s inside a restaurant. The restaurant staff is not always around during the day unless you reserve the time slot online and they will be there then. Super easy.

A small walk from Seoul station. I didn't expect the location to be in a restaurant, but overall it seemed my bag was untouched and kept safe. Would definitely book for the day again if needed.
