Easy to find location, I chose this place because it's open 24 hours and right across from where I was staying. Delivery and pickup were very smooth. I needed to extend the rental period and it was very easy to do so through the app. The price was okay, but it could be better if you received a discount on the second suitcase if you added another one.

Location was very easy to find. Just a few steps from exit 8 of Jongno 5o ga (line1). The staff are also accommodating even if I dropped off my bag late and also picked it up later than the time I originally scheduled. My bag is safe! I left my bag for 10 days. Good value for money.

Friendly staff; quick check in/out! I struggled to find the Tegg42 location via Naver maps though - it is not on street level, but one floor down in “The Central” mall.

Super easy to use. The location was easy to find, really close to my hotel, and pickup was quick with no issues. Price was reasonable too.

The drop-off and pick-up process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were very helpful. You just need show your booking QR code, and they’ll take care of everything for you. You can also easily adjust your booking if needed, such as changing your drop-off or pick-up time. The location is extremely convenient, located right across from Seoul Station Exit 15.

I was confused as it is a restaurant, but it they were so nice and helpful. Easy drop off

The restaurant has a rest period until 5pm instead of 4pm which is stated in the app, but you can message the restaurant and an employee will open the door for you to give up or collect your luggage. Everything was very smooth and easy.

Great. Use exit 1 for this location it’s inside a restaurant. The restaurant staff is not always around during the day unless you reserve the time slot online and they will be there then. Super easy.

A small walk from Seoul station. I didn't expect the location to be in a restaurant, but overall it seemed my bag was untouched and kept safe. Would definitely book for the day again if needed.
