Opposite the station, so an ideal location. Received excellent service.

Location was great for storage since it’s close to many hotels, shopping districts and not far from Seoul Station if you have to leave to other city. Owner was kind and helped me carry heavy bag to curb. It was so easy to show QR code for drop off and pick up. Would recommend and book again.

Easy except it is not at the Seoul Station itself. You have to cross the street down a small side street. Easy enough but worth noting.

Dylan and the team of coffee up couldn't have been nicer. I forgot my phone and they kept it for me till my return. They were great.

Very good very easy very berry

The location was perfectly convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt my bags were secure, and in addition, the location is also a cafe with very reasonably priced and delicious drinks. I had the Dry Latte, which I thought was very subtly sweet and refreshing. The next time I visit Seoul, I’ll be sure to use this service at this location again.

The hotel is a bit of a climb up the hill, but it's right outside Exit 10 of Seoul Station. The staff is friendly and fast! I recommend it.

Its up a steep hill so make sure you get dropped off/picked up on a taxi

Easy and simple dropping and picking up lugagge. Only that we have to climb up a 30deg slope.

Super smooth experience and the nice lady at the reception desk even let me use their toilet to change. And yeah the hotel is a bit uphill (around 12% slope) but it's just about 50m from subway entrance 10, so no big deal

I was confused as it is a restaurant, but it they were so nice and helpful. Easy drop off

The restaurant has a rest period until 5pm instead of 4pm which is stated in the app, but you can message the restaurant and an employee will open the door for you to give up or collect your luggage. Everything was very smooth and easy.

Great. Use exit 1 for this location it’s inside a restaurant. The restaurant staff is not always around during the day unless you reserve the time slot online and they will be there then. Super easy.
