Perfect! We dropped off our luggage at 5:30 am and despite the hour, someone came very quickly. Retrieval went smoothly as well. Everything is efficient and the location is convenient and easily accessible.

This location for luggage storage was fantastic. Store staff were very helpful and friendly. Luggage is stored upstairs in a small open room. They scan your QR code and take a photo of your items to match when you return to collect. There’s also a bathroom and kitchen upstairs. We used the bathroom to change before the airport after a day of walking around.

Great communications, only issue is that luggage needs to be carried up to 2nd floor on a steep staircase

Most dropoff baggage stores close at 6 pm, but thank god for bounce they closed til late. So we don't have to rush our time. Location wise is definitely convenient. It's near the subway. Walking distance from Hongik Uni Exit 1. Staff was efficiently and fast response too. We left our 3 huge luggages for 4 days since we were going to Jeju. The whole process was smooth. Just show the QR code/pin. Security wise is good too. You do not need to worry. Sadly there's no lift and its located at Level 2 but its a quick stairway so you will still able to carry luggages up to store.

It was very easy to get to and close to the main avenue. It is on the 2nd floor but it is really accessible and not heavy (if you carry 1 suitcase of course). The person in charge is very kind and gives you clear instructions with the assurance that your suitcases will be well taken care of! You can access the place by sending a message via WhatsApp that you can scan at the entrance. Thank you very much again 5⭐️

As long as you’re prepared to carry your bags to the second floor the location is fantastic. Stored two big suitcases and a backpack here for over two weeks while traveling around Korea, and had no problems. Easy communication with the staff. Did both drop off and pick up remotely and the instructions were good. Just make sure to contact them ahead of time so you dont have to wait around for the instructions when trying to pick up your luggage.

First time Bounce user, I am so happy with this place! I left my luggage for almost 2 weeks and I was very worried, but just seeing the place and talking to the staff put me at ease. Very helpful and accommodating. It's a 2nd floor with no elevator, they were super kind and helped me out, but just so you are prepared. I will definitely use it again!

The location was very convenient—just a short walk from Hongik Univ Station (Exit 7), which made it easy to find. We booked an 11:00 AM drop-off. When we arrived, the place was still closed, but the staff showed up right on time and opened promptly. The drop-off process was quick and seamless once they arrived. A nice bonus is that they also sell SIM cards there, which is helpful for travelers. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience.

The staff were very nice, helpful, and kind; they even helped me carry my two large suitcases. The location was easy to find, close to the airport subway exit.

Convenient location and exact instructions, address, and pictures to ensure we were at the right place. Very friendly host who even helped bring our luggage in and out. Would absolutely recommend for anyone waiting to check in to an Airbnb, before going to the airport, or for any other reason you have a need for peace of mind storing your luggage!
