I was late dropping off my dog, and when I sent a message, they responded kindly. When I actually dropped it off and when I went to pick it up, they were also kind and polite, which made me feel very at ease.

This location for luggage storage was fantastic. Store staff were very helpful and friendly. Luggage is stored upstairs in a small open room. They scan your QR code and take a photo of your items to match when you return to collect. There’s also a bathroom and kitchen upstairs. We used the bathroom to change before the airport after a day of walking around.

Quick and easy, feels slightly exposed as it’s a room that anyone could enter, but we left a bag there for 3 weeks and it was fine.
