Absolutely perfect, nothing to add. Professional and secure.

Excellent service in a secure area for luggage. Very professional staff

So convenient. The staff were great. They helped us carry our heavy bags up and down the stairs. The tried their best to communicate in English. So good!

The staff were very nice! It seemed there was a slight problem with our reservation, but they helped us resolve it! Thank you so much for helping us with our luggage!

The shopkeepers were very pleasant and helpful.

Storage space on the first floor was OK for us.

I was able to leave my pet there easily.

The location was great near exit 3 hongik univ station. Thank you

Staff very helpful with luggages

The coin lockers at the station were all full, but I had made a reservation here in advance, so I was able to store my belongings smoothly, which was great! I would like to use this service again!

Nice place to store a luggage. Kind service

It was easy to find and near to the AREX station entrance/exit

Great communications, only issue is that luggage needs to be carried up to 2nd floor on a steep staircase

Great service and safe place to store our bags for a week!

Fast and friendly service with 24-hour support. A great option for storing your luggage if you're near Hongik University.

Excellent place to store luggage’s plus with the waiting area

Great location and very helpful staff

Staff was super nice and helpful. It was a first time using Bounce and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend this location if you have checking in/out a nearby Airbnb or hotel.

Very nice service, good location - even closer to the subway than what the app states

Smooth process. Nice staff.

Lovely staff and very easy to find

Although I was quite late, they were very accommodating. I would definitely like to use this restaurant again next time.

I was late dropping off my dog, and when I sent a message, they responded kindly. When I actually dropped it off and when I went to pick it up, they were also kind and polite, which made me feel very at ease.

Everyone at the store is very kind.

Well cared for and left exactly how it was dropped off
