The location was very easy to find, and the staff were incredibly polite and kind! It took a little while after calling, but they came promptly. I'm very grateful to the staff member who assisted me. Thank you!

At first, I couldn't find the luggage storage location, but it turned out to be on the same floor after exiting the subway station, without needing to go up the escalator. Checking in was very smooth; they appeared quickly after I pressed the bell, and the staff were very polite. It's a convenient luggage storage area.

The location was difficult to find initially because I didn’t know what to expect. It ended up being a locked storage that looked temporary and if it wasn’t for another customer being there, I would have missed it. I would have appreciated an image of this actual locked storage in the app upon booking. But all in all it was pretty efficient and I enjoyed using Bounce.

Good and secure location but it says 24hrs open but really it is only open from 9am-9pm. Had to move my luggage to a locker after 9pm.

it's right at exit 1 of the subway might be a bit difficult to reach with many bags because you use the escalator. but happy with the service

The coin lockers at the station were all full, but I had made a reservation here in advance, so I was able to store my belongings smoothly, which was great! I would like to use this service again!

The location was very convenient—just a short walk from Hongik Univ Station (Exit 7), which made it easy to find. We booked an 11:00 AM drop-off. When we arrived, the place was still closed, but the staff showed up right on time and opened promptly. The drop-off process was quick and seamless once they arrived. A nice bonus is that they also sell SIM cards there, which is helpful for travelers. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience.

Convenient location and exact instructions, address, and pictures to ensure we were at the right place. Very friendly host who even helped bring our luggage in and out. Would absolutely recommend for anyone waiting to check in to an Airbnb, before going to the airport, or for any other reason you have a need for peace of mind storing your luggage!

Location was great, close to the station. Getting my bag dropped off and picked up was easy, the staff was very nice and I felt my bag was in good hands, and didn’t have to worry about it for the week I had it with them at all.
