easy drop off and pickup. we had multiple large bags and there were no issues. bags are stored behind the counter so very secure. would recommend.

The store owner is friendly and talk to us in english so we can understand. We can get around Seoul without the heavy bag. The store is located at the 1st floor of the Seoul Express Bus Station.

The process to put our luggage was so easy. Staff was nice and help us bring it out to our taxi when we went to pick it up.

Drop off was really easy. I felt confident that my bags were safe and secure

The location was easy to find and the baggage drop off was easy. However, the hotel doesn’t have proper baggage lockers. Bags will be beside the receptionist of the hotel and it is small. If you are in a big group of 4 or more, it might not be big enough.

The location was perfect for me and it is not too far from a station. The drop off and pick up was easy and quick.

A bit difficult to find because of the construction. Suggest step by step directional photos from Seoul Station.

Location was convenient. There’s a slight uphill to get there but there’s an elevator inside. Also, good to note that the entrance door code is written on the door in case it’s closed

The place was easy to find. Bags were stored in a store room, would’ve been safer in lockers. It’d be good if we also got a receipt (printed or digital) as proof of storage and for pickup later.

I used Bounce to store my luggage while I took off to Busan for a few days, and the entire experience was completely flawless. Dropping off and picking up my bags was incredibly secure, fast, and stress-free.The location couldn't be more perfect—it’s situated right across the road, literally only minutes from the station. Because the process was so quick and efficient, I even had extra time to sit down and enjoy a fantastic coffee at Coffee Up right nearby before catching my train.If you need a reliable, safe, and convenient place to store your bags while exploring South Korea, I cannot recommend Bounce enough. I will absolutely use them again!
