I used it with a large suitcase on a two-night trip from Seoul to Busan. I was about 10 minutes late to check it in, but a young female convenience store clerk was there to prepare it for me, so I was able to check it in smoothly. I was really grateful that I didn't have to worry about whether a locker was available like I would with a coin locker.

Super easy drop off and pick up, the store is only a few steps away from the bus stop so that was very convenient for me! QR code makes it easy considering the staff doesn’t speak English

Easy quick and safe!

The lady was very sweet and allowed me to keep my bags at her location while I was in Busan. It was such a relief to not have to carry my bags all over Korea. Please use this location, your bags will be in good hands here.

Opens 24 hours, so it’s good I was a little afraid to leave the luggage at GS25 But the owner was very friendly and stored the luggage right away, tho she doesn’t speak much English. We left 2 huge luggages for 4 nights. Pleasant experience and would recommend

As a foreigner, it was very easy to communicate with them even though I speak no Korean. they were very kind and I was able to drop off and pick up my bag very easily. Will be using them again. !! :)

GS25 store, operating 24 hours easy for storing. Very near to Jonggak MRT exit, even staff not well in English but just show them the apps, that’s all. Very recommended as save a lot money compare to locker in subway.

The store is in a great location, I was a little scared because I didn't know that the GS25 kept the business but I'm delighted! The owners are super nice, attentive, and take care of our belongings. It's very secure, there's no need to worry. I highly recommend !

Great and convenient place to leave luggage! We left 2 large suitcases there for 4 days, as we were traveling to Jeju and wanted to travel light.

Easy and convenient

Straightforward to find location from public transport, bus or metro. Polite staff. Easy service to use. Storage room is not locked so don't leave valuables in your bag (however no sign my bag was tampered with). Would use the service again if I'm back in Seoul.
