As mentioned in other reviews, the lockers are outdoors, and when space is limited, you have to leave your bags outside. That's not a problem, but I didn't like that when I went to pick up my luggage, they didn't ask for the receipt I supposedly had when I collected it, nor did they check the other slip of paper I had put in my bags. This undermines any sense of security.

Everything was very easy and the staff was super attentive. The location is amazing because you have a lot of transportation nearby; right on the corner you can take the metrobus to the airport.

I kept my suitcase in this location for 7 days. The staff was helpful and very respectful, the process was super easy and my belongings were safe. I recommend Agenda Oasis airport 100%.

Everything was excellent, I had a little trouble getting there, but that was due to city security issues, external to the hostel.

The process was very simple and the location is excellent.

A very good experience with Bounce at the Casa Blanca Hotel. The process was quick and easy, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and I felt at ease leaving my luggage there for the day. The location is quite convenient if you're exploring the area and need to leave your belongings before continuing your trip. Everything was as described in the booking, and I had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely use Bounce again.

Excellent customer service from the gentleman who receives/delivers the luggage and the receptionists both morning and night. We had no problems; it's quick and safe to leave our luggage there.
