Discover luggage storage in Mexico City

Excellent location and top-notch service, easy to use with the app

Great location, excellent hours, and very friendly.

I do feel my bags were secure. Even though i was a little confused on how the process worked. I arrived and in the name i knocked on the veterinarian next door and they barely wanted to guide me in the right direction. Even if it was next door. When i arrived another person gave me my bags back. But it was overall great for the price and time.

This place is on the second floor and there's no elevator. It's not really suitable for travelers with large luggage. It's also not recommended for women who aren't physically fit.

Very safe. Very friendly people and close to the main square!

Everything seemed good to me, except for the fact that the app showed hours until 7 pm, but when I arrived they told me they would close at 3 pm, perhaps because it was a holiday. Everything else was excellent.

Perfect location and super easy to drop

First time using Bounce and this location was great! My bags were secure and drop off was super easy! Would use again!

The option I chose was great; it was close to my Airbnb and easy to get to. The staff was very attentive.

Superbly located and the staff are super friendly and attentive

It was within walking distance from my airbnb, which was very convenient when I had to pick up my bags. It was very easy to drop my bags off and it was closed behind a metal gate. Bags were just as I left them and she made me feel very certain about leaving my bags behind.

Everything was excellent, the girls were very kind, they were patient with a mishap I had and were able to help me
