Bags were very secure, I didn’t get the man’s name but he was very kind and made check in very simple. He assured us he would keep an eye on everything and he was quite literally sitting next to our luggage (almost blocking it from view) from the door. He was sweet and a good conversationalist while we waited for our uber! He said he is part of the hotel next door so we were able to enter and use the restroom! 20 min walking distance from zocalo so we were able to walk while we picked our stuff up.

The process was quite quick, the staff are very friendly and they keep your luggage in an area where you can easily see it.

Selene is great! Super responsive, friendly, always available. Only thing to keep in mind is there is no elevator in the building, and her space is upstairs.

Selene was very friendly and helpful. The check in process was easy and quick. Though I thought it was weird that the luggage wasn't stored in a locker, just in a room. However, the building is secure and locked, so I felt my belongings were safe.
