Although no official receipt is given (just a sticky note), the store staff were friendly and professional in handling and storing our bags. They were conveniently located in relation to our accommodations. Would recommend.

Really friendly & helpful staff stored our bags for our day of arrival until we could check into our place. Great location downtown, but know it’s a souvenir shop when Google Maps brings you there. Need to register online for it, so might as well do it ahead of time as it’s easy.

Great service. You can book the backpacks or suitcases you want to leave using the QR code and show it to the store clerk. They'll keep them until closing time, and the hours are long, so it's very convenient.

Most of the lockers are closed for renovations, so this is the best place as it is closest to Rossio Station. I booked online 10 minutes before dropping off my luggage, so they even gave me a discount – it was only €5.76!! The staff were friendly, and they have the widest variety of souvenirs at the cheapest prices, so buy your souvenirs here at the end.

You need to book in advance, but you can do it on the spot. The staff are lovely and the luggage storage is perfect. Plus, it's centrally located. A great option for leaving your bags!
