Simple and easy. It the right option between my check out time and needing to get to the airport. Was able to walk around Lisbon for a few more hours unencumbered with luggage.

Quick and easy process! When I arrived, I thought the place was closed, but all you have to do is scan and make a reservation to get in. Access to the lockers is easy, and the place is beautiful. My connection inside wasn't great, but they do have Wi-Fi. Super central and easy to access, so you can wander around Alfama before checking into your vacation rental.

Everything was fine. Drop-off and pick-up were quick and easy. The staff member was quite friendly. I'm only deducting one star for the shock of receiving an email saying my luggage had been picked up early – even though I hadn't picked it up yet. Luckily, it was still there. Otherwise, everything was okay. I just find it unfair that a backpack costs the same as a suitcase, even though the backpack is much smaller, but that's generally the case on this platform.

worked perfectly fine. Luggage was labeled and scanned on the app. Yes it was just in a store cupboard in a souvenir shop, I just made sure anything valuble was with me including passports etc. No problems at all and good location.
