They were friendly. There is a coin parking lot in the building, but it is a bit expensive since it is calculated for 60 minutes.

Coin lockers are difficult to find at Hakata Station around checkout time, so this was a great, nearby alternative. It costs 800 yen per day and is located on the 8th floor. I didn't make a reservation, but they'll help you make a reservation through a link when you arrive.

Friendly and easy to get to from Hakata station. Only thing would be to put in description or after the name that this is not a cafe on the street. Took we a while to find and it was on 8th floor of a building.

Fantastic! Everything was handled professionally. We stored two suitcases for four days. The shop makes a very good impression, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's located on the 8th floor and is easy to find. We'd gladly use it again!
