The location was great, the staff were friendly, and it was very comfortable!!

Very professional and easy to drop off and pick up!

It is the office with the open door at the end of the hallway on the left after getting off on the 13th floor.

It was conveniently located near Tenjin Station! They open early and stay open late, so I was able to use the facilities comfortably! The staff were also friendly.

It was easy to find, right near Hakata Station, and much more convenient than getting lost inside the station looking for coin lockers. The staff were also very helpful and efficient.

It was really good. They were kind, and I liked that I could store my luggage safely. I recommend it because it is close to Tenjin.

Easy to find with clear explanation, very efficient and easy pick up.

Very quick and easy process. Had a nice coffee while dropping off the bags. Would recommend.

It's a bit hard to find, but it's on the second floor of the building shown in the photo! They are so kind.

I had an amazing experience leaving my luggage here! The owner/staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He asked where I was from, gave me a bottle of water, and when I returned to pick up my bags, he was just as warm and friendly. I felt 100% safe leaving my belongings here. Highly recommended!

The location was great and drop off went great! I would recommend this location!

Pretty easy to find. Come out of the elevator, turn left and walk to the very end Process was very quick and easy

Owner was super nice and really easy. It’s at a barber shop and real straightforward.

Excellent, very practical and it was right next to our hotel

4th floor, there's an elevator. Friendly helpful staff.

They were so kind, it isnt your normal storage, but exceeded my expectayions. Will use their service again.

I arrived at 11 o'clock and it was great that they stored my luggage. The karaoke counter handles it, so don't panic; just come up to the karaoke room on the second floor. The staff are friendly.^^

It was nice being in front of Don Quixote, and it was quiet.

Just make sure when going to the location, the office to store the bags in is inside the red brick parking garage!

Excellent, the shop owner was very welcoming, and it's not far from the station.

Very easy, near the station, and very nice owner
