About Citizens Bank Park
Citizens Bank Park is Philadelphia’s professional baseball stadium, home to the Philadelphia Phillies. Located in South Philly, the park is adjacent to the other major arenas in town—the Wells Fargo Center and Lincoln Financial Field. Built in 2004, the stadium replaced the now demolished Veterans Stadium. In addition to serving as the home field for the Phillies, the park is also a music venue, and has hosted major artists coming to the Philadelphia area. The stadium also features foods that are Philadelphia classics, such as soft pretzels, Philly cheesesteaks, and hoagies.
Fun Fact: The park has a liberty bell sign that rings out whenever the Phillies hit a home run
