Amazing!!! Great people. First time using this service. We did a quick visit to the city of Philadelphia took the train from the airport to Suburban and right there next to the Consulate of Mexico is the Dry Cleaner. They took good care of our luggage.

baggage storage is a wonderful help for travelers. the fairmount location was convenient, the cashier was in training so it wasn't totally swift -- as a senior, coping with technology, I understand and have patience. Mainly, they were kind. Means a lot nowadays when people are kind.

Easy and reliable

Small UPS store near City Hall. The day I dropped off a bag, they had an easel outside to help make the store visible. Staff was friendly and efficient. Wasn't busy when I dropped off my bag at 830AM on a Monday. They have one line so it might take longer if someone ahead of you is making a complex shipment. They tag your bag and place it in back so there seems to be minimal chance of theft.

Very handy service, close to the train station and a tram and a bus from the airport. Staff were really nice and my bag was safe there after 5days! Would definitely use again!

Everything was great. Drop-off was easy, and pickup was quick too. While the suitcases aren't stored in a separate room, they're well hidden within the room, and the employee recognized me immediately, so no one else could have taken the suitcase.

Super convenient when you have extra time and your flight leaves later in the day. So glad I was informed about this!

The lady that helped us I believe her name was Anna was very friendly and very nice. Felt very comfortable leaving our luggage with her. We have used this location in the past and we will use it again

Overall, my bags were kept safe and I didn’t have to carry them around the city so it was good. I wish I could give it a one star for bounce itself though. Every location says “from 4.75 per day”, but then you have to click through multiple pages to see that it actually costs 7.5 per bag, which for five hours is a lot, and then you realize that they charge you another five something dollars in fees. Over $20 to hold my bags for five hours. It was a necessity, but I won’t use bounce again.

Owner was very friendly from the moment we walked in and we chatted with her for a bit when we picked up our bags. This was our first experience with Bounce and will do it again!
