This location is in a perfect place near the city attractions!

Store wasn't open yet when we were scheduled to drop our bags but they immediately came out to get them and were quick to hand them off when we got back. Great experience.

baggage storage is a wonderful help for travelers. the fairmount location was convenient, the cashier was in training so it wasn't totally swift -- as a senior, coping with technology, I understand and have patience. Mainly, they were kind. Means a lot nowadays when people are kind.

Small UPS store near City Hall. The day I dropped off a bag, they had an easel outside to help make the store visible. Staff was friendly and efficient. Wasn't busy when I dropped off my bag at 830AM on a Monday. They have one line so it might take longer if someone ahead of you is making a complex shipment. They tag your bag and place it in back so there seems to be minimal chance of theft.

This location is a hostel that is easy to get to and conveniently located for touring. Bags are tagged and locked in their luggage storage area. We had a late flight out of Philly, and this location was not particularly well suited for where we were staying, so we had to go out of our way to drop off. This is not reflective on the location itself, just the Bounce service. We had a lot of stuff, so using Bounce was not super cheap, but it’s the price of convenience. We were comfortable enough with the storage location, didn’t leave valuables, and all was good.

It was helpful to have someplace to store my bags while I explored the city. However, it was also uncomfortable to just leave my bags behind the counter at a random convenience store/ deli. I expected to at least receive a claim ticket, but no. It was based on the honor system.

Extremely easy, seemed safe, very happy with this experience. Would recommend this for anyone who needs a place to put their luggage when traveling through the Philly train station - it's a pretty short walk.
