  • The Bounce luggage storage location in Wolli Creek worked out well for storing a large, heavy suitcase that I needed to leave behind for a little over a week while I traveled to Brisbane and Perth. It was incredibly convenient not having to carry such a large bag around Australia with me. My only concern was that the staff initially seemed unfamiliar with the Bounce luggage storage service, both when I dropped off and picked up my suitcase. They had to call someone to confirm what to do, which was a little disconcerting when leaving a valuable bag behind for that long. However, everything ultimately worked out perfectly, and my luggage was exactly as I left it when I returned. Overall, it was a very convenient service and I would use it again. For some extra peace of mind, I’d recommend putting an AirTag inside your suitcase and securing it with a TSA-approved lock, especially if you’re storing luggage for several days.

  • Staff were super friendly and even offered to stay open another hour so that I didn’t have to rush back. This was not at all expected but a really lovely thing to do as they had planned to shut a little early given a wintery weekend. Would definitely use this service again.
