The app makes booking easy, the drop-off locations are clearly marked, and the actual drop-off and pick-up process is also very simple, plus there are staff available 24 hours a day, which is very convenient.

Easy booking, managed to add another bag at the drop off point. Staff great, needed to get into one of the bags early but no problems. Easy and quick to drop off, great service, staff polite and accommodating.We have used before and we will use again in Circular Quay.

This service was a fantastic find..we were able to leave all our bags in the city and enjoy the last day of our holiday without lugging them along behind. Such a relief. Right next to the ferry terminal so the day spent riding the ferries was in order.
