Excellent, friendly service. Staff member helped us book in online on the spot and stored our bags for us. No dramas. Very happy. [We had dramas next door where we had prebooked bag storage with another company at the Flight Simulator, but it was closed when we arrived. We called the number on the door and were told to wait for someone to arrive to drop bags. We decided it wasn't worth the risk of not being able to collect them again in time for our flight, cancelled the booking and took them to the convenience store.]

Perfect bag drop, fast service, friendly service. 100% use

Really easy to find. Great value for money. The shop owner was so helpful & a pleasure to deal with helping us with our heavy bags. The taxi rank was right outside the shop & no queuing for a taxi. Will use again - excellent service from booking to collecting my luggage.

Never used the service before but in and out for drop off in 3 mins and same for pick up. Perhaps a bigger external sign only improvement i could suggest

This was a great place! Very convenient and easy. They even held on to my friend’s water bottle for a whole week when she left it by accident and I got it for her on my way back through.

The service we got at KF Express was stellar. The employees were always kind, respectful, and efficient. I would definitely use them again for luggage storage.
