It was incredibly convenient not having to carry such a large bag around Australia with me. My only concern was that the staff initially seemed unfamiliar with the Bounce luggage storage service, both when I dropped off and picked up my suitcase. They had to call someone to confirm what to do, which was a little disconcerting when leaving a valuable bag behind for that long. However, everything ultimately worked out perfectly, and my luggage was exactly as I left it when I returned. Overall, it was a very convenient service and I would use it again. For some extra peace of mind, I’d recommend putting an AirTag inside your suitcase and securing it with a TSA-approved lock, especially if you’re storing luggage for several days.
