Easy going and very easy!

Drop was easy and the guy was friendly. Felt our bags would be safe and they were immediately ready when we came to collect.

They were great and I did feel our bags were safe. Quick and easy drop off and pickup.

Super smooth experience. I was literally in and out in no more than 20 seconds, and my bags felt completely secure. The store also has pretty much everything you need. I was thirsty, so I grabbed some water, and I needed a few things for my vacation anyway. Might as well save yourself some time and pick up whatever you need while you’re there. Super convenient!

It's very close to the station. Luggage is stored in a small room behind the counter, which felt quite secure. The staff who take and carry luggage don't interact much; they just coldly complete their tasks, but as long as the luggage is safe, that's fine.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. When they saw we had a good number of luggage, they helped us bring them in and out. They even let my grandma sit while we were waiting for uber

Excellent drop off/pick up process, combined with friendly and efficient staff.

We were really impressed with the quick service for drop off and pick up. The fact our bags were secure and out of sight also helped make us feel very grateful to this storage arrangements. We highly recommend.

Very convenient

Easy and quick. They take a photo of where the luggage is stored so collection is very easy. Location is close to Town Hall and the main hub.

The convenience store puts our bags in their storage room. No lockers available. But good and easy drop and pick up of bags. No concerns and the shop staff were friendly and assured us safety of our bags.

Everything went fine, but i feel like they can do better with security. When i went to pick my bags up, they took me to the back of the store and let me just pick the bags out myself. This made me feel bit uneasy as others could’ve stolen my bags
