I thought it was great that I didn't have to search for an empty coin locker, as they were right next to the Shinkansen.

Stop wasting time looking for empty locker at Nagoya Station. That’s what I did before giving up and booking with Bounce at this location. Let me tell you this, it’s so simple. Just book online for the time your luggage(s) need to be stored. We booked for 12:30pm to 6:30pm. This place is literally across the street from the end of restaurant alley. Here’s what you do when you go into the Karaoke Mega Big Meieki West Exit store: (1) Enjoy the cold air conditioning. 😅 (2) Tell counter agent that you book online Bounce and show them the QR code. (3) They look up your booking and give you numbered tags which they ask you to take a picture of. (4) (must do) take a picture of the tags. You will use this when you come back to claim your luggage’s (5) They put these tags on your luggages and take it away. (6) You are done and go enjoy your day without those luggages. Return to pickup (1) come back to store and enjoy the air conditioning since Nagoya was very hot (>95F) these few days in July. (2) Show them the photo of the tags you took in step 4. (3) They go fetch your luggages from back (4) Enjoy air conditioning 😅 a bit more, walk across the street back into the station and meander the station to find your train. Hope this helps.

Can four pet carriers be placed in this container? There will be no pets inside. If feasible, they can be stacked together. The individual dimensions are L81.2*W57.5*L64. I've also attached a photo. Thank you.

Depending on the location near Nagoya Station, it costs 800 to 1,300 yen per day, coins are required, and calculations are based on midnight; if you pass midnight, an additional day is added. If you want to leave it for just one night, it costs 1,600 to 2,300 yen and you have to prepare coins. Even then, by the time you struggle up and down the stairs to find a spot, it is already full, so you have to drag your heavy suitcase up a long flight of stairs just to find a place to use... Bounce charges 850 yen per hour for 24 hours, payable by card. You can check service hours via online reservation. Seriously, a service that is so helpful for both mental and physical health is cheaper than cash that requires coins.

We were able to walk in, make a reservation over our phone, then leave our 6 pieces of luggage for about 3 hours. It was so quick and easy, and super close to the train station so we didn’t have to tow our luggage far. Pickup was also super quick and easy as we showed our QR code and they quickly located our pieces. It was awesome they sent an email showing photos of our luggage so we knew they had everything under control.

This Bounce service is close to the station and really saved us when all the station lockers were full. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We spent an hour and a half looking for a locker at the train station in Nagoya to store our luggage with no luck before it occurred to us to look for another place to store our luggage. We wish we would have planned on using Bounce from the start. It was as easy as walking the luggage there and scanning a QR code, then we were on our way to enjoy our day. Same for pick up. Don't chance it with lockers, use Bounce's service.
