Discover Nagoya Station luggage storage

I was glad I could make a reservation on the same day. It's not directly connected to Nagoya Station, but it's close to the Shinkansen side, which was a huge help.

Easy dropoff and pickup, just had to show the QR code and we got our stuff. We had pretty big bags as well.

The best service ever! The only thing I would change about the location we chose is that we couldn't store our belongings in a locker. But the staff was super friendly and everything was perfect.

We were able to walk in, make a reservation over our phone, then leave our 6 pieces of luggage for about 3 hours. It was so quick and easy, and super close to the train station so we didn’t have to tow our luggage far. Pickup was also super quick and easy as we showed our QR code and they quickly located our pieces. It was awesome they sent an email showing photos of our luggage so we knew they had everything under control.

This Bounce service is close to the station and really saved us when all the station lockers were full. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff at the shop were kind and polite, which was great.

We spent an hour and a half looking for a locker at the train station in Nagoya to store our luggage with no luck before it occurred to us to look for another place to store our luggage. We wish we would have planned on using Bounce from the start. It was as easy as walking the luggage there and scanning a QR code, then we were on our way to enjoy our day. Same for pick up. Don't chance it with lockers, use Bounce's service.

In our case, we went to pick up our bags because the app indicated that the luggage had already been collected and we were scared, luckily, it seemed like an app error, and we were able to pick it up without any problems.

I didn't realize it was inside Bic Camera, so I asked a Bic Camera employee, but it took a while for them to find me. It would have been helpful if there had been directions. Dropping off and picking up my luggage was easy and very convenient.
