The staff weren't fluent in many foreign languages, but it didn't really affect their communication. The process was simple: just scan the QR code at the entrance. The interface was easy to understand; you pay online, then give them the displayed QR code on your phone, and they'll put a tag on it, take a photo, and collect it. The price was very reasonable and straightforward. Retrieving luggage was also quick and efficient. I would definitely use their service again.
