Discover Yabachō Station luggage storage

Go directly to the BigEcho counter. The counter staff almost exclusively speak Japanese, so it's best to know a little Japanese. However, if you've made an appointment online, it's very quick. Even without an appointment, the staff will take your QR code, scan it, and you can easily complete the payment process.

Can four pet carriers be placed in this container? There will be no pets inside. If feasible, they can be stacked together. The individual dimensions are L81.2*W57.5*L64. I've also attached a photo. Thank you.

Good location right at the center of Nagoya

The staff weren't fluent in many foreign languages, but it didn't really affect their communication. The process was simple: just scan the QR code at the entrance. The interface was easy to understand; you pay online, then give them the displayed QR code on your phone, and they'll put a tag on it, take a photo, and collect it. The price was very reasonable and straightforward. Retrieving luggage was also quick and efficient. I would definitely use their service again.

Convenient and fast

Very easy drop off, staff were very accommodating.

It was easy and the staff was very friendly.

Its inside the karaoke club (Big Echo). They dont speak english but its very easy. Scan QR and then pay online, you get a qr code and then you show it to the staff.

It is located close to Sakae Station, and the owner's service was also good.

Location was easy to find, directions to the drop-off location is indicated clearly. Thanks again!

The location was close to the station, and the handover was very smooth and the person I spoke to was very kind. Thank you very much.

I made two duplicate reservations on February 19th, but only used the service once. Could you please assist with a refund? Thank you!

Very convenient and efficient, the staff were polite, it would be even better if the price were more favorable.

They were very kind and helpful! Thank you very much.

They are kind and respond quickly~!!

Very friendly staff. The guy who stored our luggage was very knowledgeable. And the lovely girl who delivered our luggage was also very kind. (She even spoke a little Spanish.)

I had a hard time finding this because I thought it was a proper shop. It turns out it's a side business run by an existing restaurant! I said I would pick it up at 3 PM, but when I arrived at 3:30, the shop was closed. The owner waited for me even though business hours were over! I was so grateful! It was also nice to meet someone who could speak a little Korean.

I had a large musical instrument stored there, and they handled it so kindly, which was very helpful. Thank you very much!
