Nagoya Station can be quite confusing, and the lockers are often full. This was an easy and quick option! Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Communication with staff and pick up/drop off were excellent. Just needed clarity on reservation process.

Dropping off and picking up my luggage was very smooth and easy! Since all the coin lockers were full during Golden Week, and I was wondering what to do with my heavy luggage, this was a huge help.

Right outside Nagoya station at a karaoke , needn’t worry about being late in pick up as they are open till late.

Very satisfied with the service. Only thing is that they said I can show a photo of the numbers they placed on my luggage at pick-up, but when I arrived, I also needed to show the qr code. My phone with the Bounce app was almost dead, the one with the photo was not. I was happy I had just enough battery to show the qr code.

This store is easy and closest to the stationt, customer service did an excellent job during check in and out with help and guidance, though they are different personnel, they have the same standard of treating customers with care. you dont have to carry your luggage to the elevator, its just at the entrance level. Excellent and fast check in and out. I am more than happy for the hassle free to bring luggage everywhere.

The process was quick and easy - both dropping off and picking up. Just show the QR code and the staff deal with everything else. Would definitely use this service again in future travels. For those using this service- it’s easier to move wheeled suitcases on the station side of the road, as there’s no footpath on the other side and that makes it difficult to push the case. Otherwise incredibly easy!

I was having trouble finding coin lockers, so I think this is a great use of space.

I was looking for coin lockers at Nagoya Station for the F1 Japan Grand Prix, but they were all in use, so I was relieved to find this place. However, it only opens at 10am, so I couldn't use it on the day of the final race because I had to leave early in the morning. I think it would be popular if they opened early in the morning, even if only for the F1 Japan Grand Prix weekend. This year's F1 Japan Grand Prix had 300,000 spectators over three days, and probably more than half of them used Nagoya Station. Everyone was heading to Suzuka Circuit early in the morning, so it would be even more helpful if the luggage storage facility was open early.

Excellent location literally across the street from the train station, well marked, quick service.

Simple, quick and convenient to book, drop off and pick up (for those who want to take advantage, they also have a karaoke machine in the building).
