I thought it was great that I didn't have to search for an empty coin locker, as they were right next to the Shinkansen.

Stop wasting time looking for empty locker at Nagoya Station. That’s what I did before giving up and booking with Bounce at this location. Let me tell you this, it’s so simple. Just book online for the time your luggage(s) need to be stored. We booked for 12:30pm to 6:30pm. This place is literally across the street from the end of restaurant alley. Here’s what you do when you go into the Karaoke Mega Big Meieki West Exit store: (1) Enjoy the cold air conditioning. 😅 (2) Tell counter agent that you book online Bounce and show them the QR code. (3) They look up your booking and give you numbered tags which they ask you to take a picture of. (4) (must do) take a picture of the tags. You will use this when you come back to claim your luggage’s (5) They put these tags on your luggages and take it away. (6) You are done and go enjoy your day without those luggages. Return to pickup (1) come back to store and enjoy the air conditioning since Nagoya was very hot (>95F) these few days in July. (2) Show them the photo of the tags you took in step 4. (3) They go fetch your luggages from back (4) Enjoy air conditioning 😅 a bit more, walk across the street back into the station and meander the station to find your train. Hope this helps.

Can four pet carriers be placed in this container? There will be no pets inside. If feasible, they can be stacked together. The individual dimensions are L81.2*W57.5*L64. I've also attached a photo. Thank you.

Super convenient luggage drop-off and pick-up :) I booked storage for 3 pieces, received a QR code via email, and showed it when dropping off and picking up :). The service was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it!

It was so convenient to be able to easily store my luggage right next to Nagoya Station, where coin lockers fill up quickly. It's also great that it's open late into the night and I don't have to worry about the size of my luggage. I'll definitely use it again!

Little difficult to find, but right where the map took us. a ‘bounce’ sign outside would be helpful. Easy drop off and pickup. 1st time user, most impressed

Nagoya Station can be quite confusing, and the lockers are often full. This was an easy and quick option! Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Right outside Nagoya station at a karaoke , needn’t worry about being late in pick up as they are open till late.

Very satisfied with the service. Only thing is that they said I can show a photo of the numbers they placed on my luggage at pick-up, but when I arrived, I also needed to show the qr code. My phone with the Bounce app was almost dead, the one with the photo was not. I was happy I had just enough battery to show the qr code.
