Is this a sketchy place? Yeah but its cheap and our stuff was safe.

We chose this location based on location near Lincoln road and it was pre cruise. We were able to drop our bags and hang out before our cruise. It was “ easy breezy “Osama and staff was extremely helpful. In addition while on our ship we realized that we misplaced a shopping bag. We called the store and it was there. We were able to go back and pick it up and everything was in place. Trustworthy, friendly and convenient. I highly recommend and will use them again .

Loved this spot! Feels secure and they have a little lounge area with drink and snack options and a coffee bar and restrooms!!! Clean just make sure you go to elevator 2 / floor 2 and call the number if the representative isn’t at the desk. Easy and quick and super friendly! Thanks!

Had a bad experience at a pervious location, staff acted like they did not know what they were doing, telling me I can’t send packages there and scanned my package 3 times so I paid $30 in late fees. This location was perfect, friendly staff quick and easy and in a convenient location, will continue to use this service with this location.

Had to wait a while for them to grab our bags

My favorite bounce location so far. Located close to the airport, friendly staff, and the hours of operation makes picking up my packages a breeze when I'm already balancing a busy work schedule. They also provide bounce customers a discount on car rental fees.

The owner went the extra mile to retrieve my package which was delivered to the wrong place. Really appreciate the dedication. Thanks again

Was hard to find the location

I felt the luggage was very secured and it was stored and picked up by the person working there, no access by strangers. Closing hours are wrong though. I saw online until 2pm but we were clarified that they were open until 7pm. Very well located!

Park far away, there is no parking

The place is open late which is very convenient for flights arriving at night or late, very friendly staff Cheap prices

Kareen stayed around for 10 minutes after close to allow me to pick up my bag. Much appreciated!

Excellent option for storing luggage, very safe. We left it to tour the city and returned at night without any problem. Be careful, not all of them are 24 hours. This one is. Thank you.
