Close to Central Station, within 5 minutes walk and easy to find. Staff friendly. Recommended.

Great experience! The lockers at Zürich HB are often full, and the alternative option suggested by the SBB staff cost around 12 CHF. This place was much cheaper and very centrally located. There’s also a tram stop (‘Löwenplatz’) nearby, which is especially convenient if you’re carrying heavy luggage, though Google Maps didn’t highlight it immediately. For easy navigation, I recommend searching for ‘Mister Tikalon’ on Google Maps, as suggested by other users.

Simple and quick check in and out. The location is within a short walking distance from Zurich HB station, and few shops from Migros supermarket.

The gentleman who helped us was very quick and friendly and helped us a lot.

Once we had booked the luggage in the app, we just had to walk in and drop off the luggage at the front desk. We were given the stubs which made collection as easy.

A very nice owner met us, took our luggage and then gave it to us, allowed us to use the toilet, which has excellent doors for mice.

They were very nice and helpful, but for those having trouble finding the building, directions should be posted on the outside. You enter from the stationery store at number 19 and drop it off at the warehouse on the lower floor.

Quick and Easy drop off and pickup. Great location. Close to Tram station.

Very easy. Not lockers, you pay by the piece and talk to an actual person. The staff are friendly and professional. Close to the train wand old town.

A poster was damaged while being "moved to the back." Even though the person who had it happened noticed, they acted as if nothing had happened, which isn't fair to the colleague who then moved it to the front. It's nothing serious, but it didn't make the best impression. My daughter was disappointed that her 10-euro poster was now torn. Otherwise, a good location, quick and uncomplicated service, friendly staff, and the idea of the 10% discount coupon in the store is a great one.

Very easy to drop off and pick up, restaurant is lovely but we didn’t have time to eat. Staff were very friendly and bags had no issues after picking up☺️

This was our first time using bounce, and we didn't know to take a picture of our bags, but everything worked out great. We would have loved to have eaten a meal when we picked up our bags, but wound up not being hungry at that moment. Maybe next time!
