  • Bounce was very easy. I highly recommend. We had a large group and 11 bags. UPS required 2 reservations. We figured it out, the cat was the same. The woman who took our bags at UPS wasn’t friendly or helpful, the gentleman upon our return was outstanding! We would recommend bounce and use UPS again! Thank you!
