It was so easy to leave my luggage here, and they were quick to serve me both when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. I highly recommend it 😊

We left our suitcases there for four days. It was easy and close to the airport. You just have to think carefully about sending a message before you arrive

I highly recommended. The place is close to the subway station. The owner is super nice and he even adjusted the time before the regular opening time. Also make sure to try one of the fish shaped cakes or some ice cream when you drop off or pick up the luggage.

When I showed them the app screen, they were very helpful. I would definitely like to use their services again the next time I go to Korea.

It was great. The suitcases were near the counter in the open, however someone was always near them.

It was inconvenient to take my luggage to the airport on my way to work, but since the price is more reasonable than a subway station for storing it all day, it’s really great. I will definitely keep using this for my future travels.

easy drop off and pickup. we had multiple large bags and there were no issues. bags are stored behind the counter so very secure. would recommend.

The store owner is friendly and talk to us in english so we can understand. We can get around Seoul without the heavy bag. The store is located at the 1st floor of the Seoul Express Bus Station.

The process to put our luggage was so easy. Staff was nice and help us bring it out to our taxi when we went to pick it up.

The location was easy to find and the baggage drop off was easy. However, the hotel doesn’t have proper baggage lockers. Bags will be beside the receptionist of the hotel and it is small. If you are in a big group of 4 or more, it might not be big enough.

The location was perfect for me and it is not too far from a station. The drop off and pick up was easy and quick.

A bit difficult to find because of the construction. Suggest step by step directional photos from Seoul Station.

Location was convenient. There’s a slight uphill to get there but there’s an elevator inside. Also, good to note that the entrance door code is written on the door in case it’s closed
