This location is very easy to get to from Roma Termini, just a block away and is open 24 hrs. It's really fast and safe. Your bags get stored in a storage floor. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There are 5 steps you gotta climb to get to the elevator to reach the hotel on the 3rd floor but it's doable even with a big heavy luggage. I had a big luggage and did fine. Would definitely store my things here again.

Everything went super smoothly despite me being a little skeptical about the idea of paying online. It’s faster and way cheaper than on Termini station too, we paid 10€ for 2 backpacks whereas on the station they asked for 24€

We actually arrived with an extra bag than we had on the original booking. The staff at the hotel was very familiar with Bounce and was able to walk us through the process of adding an additional bag to our reservation. They were great!
