It's in a Bic Echo karoke shop right besides Ichiran Ramen Restaurant. Just note that no blue Bounce Sign. The officers are very friendly.

Everything was perfect and easy

The place is right next to Ebisucho Station Exit 1B (lift access available), making the entire journey and drop off a breeze. Staff attended to us promptly, and were patient despite dealing with us a group of 7. The storage fee (after applying discount code) is reasonable, else at normal rate it’s kind of expensive. Will use this service again if required. (Extra note: their reception operate until 10pm, do collect your bags by then.)

She also recommended places to eat, gave us directions and assisted us with getting a taxi enroute to the train station. Thank you so much, Abby!

It's all very simple, but smaller pieces of luggage must be declared and must not be declared as "bulky".

I had my doubts but I was completely satisfied with the service, everything was very efficient and my luggage was safe and intact. I highly recommend it.

We left our luggage while we took a last tour of Osaka before leaving, the gentleman was very nice. The location is perfect, in the middle of Osaka's market halls. We got our luggage back in perfect condition!
