I made a reservation to check in my luggage before going to the place. The sign for Bounce was outside of the entrance, but it was a small Bounce sign inside by the counter. A staff of Karaoke checked in and out my luggage. Because there was no line for karaoke, it was quick in and out of the place.

Although they said they don't speak much English, the staff (karaoke shop PTers) are really kind!! The coin lockers at Nagoya station were all occupied today, a Sunday. Good price, no rush to pick up luggage before an early time, like some luggage storage places. Easy to use. No app or registration required. They should put a clear sign outside the karaoke shop that says Bounce.

I arrived at Nagoya Station from Takayama and needed a place to store my luggage with about four hours to spare before my departure. Booking online was convenient, and dropping off and picking up my bags didn't take long at all. It is located about a block across the main road from Nagoya Station, and it was easy to find because the sign is large. It is very difficult to find a space for large suitcases at the luggage storage inside Nagoya Station, so don't waste time and use this place. I highly recommend it.

A karaoke room on the 8th floor, a 5-10 minute walk from Nagoya Station, offers luggage storage. If no one is around, just press the bell-like button and someone will come. It is a good option when there are no coin lockers available or when it is difficult to find your way back to your original location because there are too many.

Depending on the location near Nagoya Station, it costs 800 to 1,300 yen per day, coins are required, and calculations are based on midnight; if you pass midnight, an additional day is added. If you want to leave it for just one night, it costs 1,600 to 2,300 yen and you have to prepare coins. Even then, by the time you struggle up and down the stairs to find a spot, it is already full, so you have to drag your heavy suitcase up a long flight of stairs just to find a place to use... Bounce charges 850 yen per hour for 24 hours, payable by card. You can check service hours via online reservation. Seriously, a service that is so helpful for both mental and physical health is cheaper than cash that requires coins.

We spent an hour and a half looking for a locker at the train station in Nagoya to store our luggage with no luck before it occurred to us to look for another place to store our luggage. We wish we would have planned on using Bounce from the start. It was as easy as walking the luggage there and scanning a QR code, then we were on our way to enjoy our day. Same for pick up. Don't chance it with lockers, use Bounce's service.
