Selene was very friendly and helpful. The check in process was easy and quick. Though I thought it was weird that the luggage wasn't stored in a locker, just in a room. However, the building is secure and locked, so I felt my belongings were safe.

They have good logistics for the service; they provide you with your own key. The only thing I think they should improve is the luggage security, because it's easy to take someone else's bag and leave.
