Discover luggage storage in Mexico City

Everything was excellent, I had a little trouble getting there, but that was due to city security issues, external to the hostel.

All good. Easy to find with smooth dropoff and pickup. Friendly people. Recommended.

Easy drop off/pick up process

Great, everything was very quick.

The process was very simple and the location is excellent.

A very good experience with Bounce at the Casa Blanca Hotel. The process was quick and easy, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and I felt at ease leaving my luggage there for the day. The location is quite convenient if you're exploring the area and need to leave your belongings before continuing your trip. Everything was as described in the booking, and I had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely use Bounce again.

Is a very good location, the staff was so nice 😊

Excellent place to store luggage, from the security guards to the managers they are super friendly, thank you very much.

Super friendly staff, excellent location! The check-in process was super easy and it's a very safe place to leave your luggage. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service from the gentleman who receives/delivers the luggage and the receptionists both morning and night. We had no problems; it's quick and safe to leave our luggage there.

No hassle. Perfect when your flight is several hours late.

I didn’t like the location. But people there very nice

Everything is super secure. Just so you know, go into the building and ask for Insignia to leave your luggage, and that's it—it's all very easy.

Great place and very friendly, 100% recommended

They were incredibly kind, took excellent care of my luggage, and checkout was a breeze! Highly recommended!

The delivery process was very quick and they were friendly. When we went to pick them up, it took a little while to deliver them, but there were people and it's understandable. They let us stay in the lobby while we waited.

Excellent service!!!

Yes, everything was perfect, they were very kind.

They were very kind and treated me well.

Fast and secure delivery process, very good communication, excellent service

Very easy and quick, they gave us permission to rest a little in their lobby

Very good and safe

Excellent service :) I made my reservation online, and as soon as I arrived at the hotel, they stored my suitcase, I was able to use the hotel bathroom, and they kept my belongings safe. It's also great that you don't need a specific check-in or check-out time; you can leave and pick up your things whenever you need to :)

Excellent service; the luggage drop-off process was very easy. The staff was very attentive.

Excellent, fast, close, easy, and friendly.

Excellent, very good schedule.

Everything is in order, safe, and in an area near Chapultepec.

Great, they know about bounces and they register you quickly.

It's a central location, and the service is friendly.

Very easy to drop off. Selene came right out and showed me where to place the bags. They were right where I left them when I came back and she even asked me to check to make sure everything was good. Would definitely use the service again!
