You can also cancel your booking or rebook at a nearby store. If you can't find your booking details, check the email address you used to make your booking. You can change your booking by following the link there, or reach out to us if you need support.

Disneyland Park bag policy
It’s important to note that Disneyland Park has a strict bag policy. Guests should check the park’s rules and regulations before visiting to ensure they don’t have any prohibited items on hand, as all bags are screened before entering the park. Some examples of prohibited items include suitcases, bags, backpacks, or coolers that measure more than 24″ x 15″ x 18″ in size, as well as strollers larger than 31” x 52”. Drones, skateboards, scooters, folding chairs, selfie sticks, and glass containers are examples of other items that aren’t allowed inside the park.
If you’ve already left the hotel and realize you’re carrying a prohibited item, store your belongings with Bounce. Our luggage storage service can accommodate any sized item, including large suitcases and strollers, and it’ll cost the same to store all belongings, no matter their size.
Does Disneyland have suitcase storage?
There are no designated suitcase storage facilities inside Disneyland Park. There are storage lockers inside the park grounds as well as larger lockers near the entrance, and the largest lockers available measure 18” x 25” x 37”. These jumbo-sized lockers are outside the park, and smaller sizes are available once you get inside. Remember, at peak times, these luggage storage options will fill up quickly.
