look i was a little sceptical, first time user foreign country and leaving luggage in a smoke shop, but it was all safe and was handled perfectly. would recommend using this again.

It was excellent. I had to access my luggage multiple times and this was easy. The flipside was that the luggage is just stored behind the counter, so I was a little concerned about leaving any valuables. But all went great. Will use it again.
