This service was very helpful, storing away the luggage for a few hours was very convenient and affordable, such a great deal. The location is inside the hotel, just go to the front desk and mention you want to store your luggage and they will help you 👍🏼

Very Well but the night Security attendant didn't speak english so that was a struggle at first. Also seeing as we are storing luggage I just feel it would be fair to be allowed to wait inside the lobby if needed. He didn't really want to allow that while I waited for my lyft which to me seems a bit odd. It was just a lot of homeless people around in the streets so why not cover a potential safety concern like that yea? But overall great experience and very simple check in and check out.

Very easy to drop off and pick up. They ask you for the reservation number so it seems secure. The only thing to improve, is that the address shown is W Olympic Blvd, and it's really S Bonnie Brae St where you actually enter and drop the bags. You do it through the parking lot.

Robert gave me great customer service, the hotel was trying to charge extra for the luggage and Robert call them him self and set the pick time the right time, Robert you seeing this just letting you know you doing a great job

The check in person was very kind and I felt as though my luggage was stored securely. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but once you get inside the Hotel it's a different atmosphere. Very professional & even the guy when I went to retrieve luggage was great!

It was a good experience. We arrived in LA a few hours before we were able to check into our AirBNB. Rather than riding around with our bags, we checked it in using Bounce and it was a good experience. I guess my only thing was that, they led us into their storage unit with a bunch of other bags, my only suggestion would be to ensure that the workers actually checked the claim number when picking up the bags. Other than that, it was easy and secure.

Overall, it's okay, although I must admit that the 24-hour luggage drop-off option only works. I showed up at the hotel after 11 p.m. (11 p.m.) to return my luggage. I was greeted by a virtual receptionist who did not know the procedures for returning luggage and wanted to send me to the security guard to store my luggage. I am afraid that if I had not asked for the luggage to be marked, it would have been thrown in randomly, which could cause problems when collecting it. Luggage storage is essentially a storage room/workshop. Branding is your own creation without a Bounce label. I compared it to a storage facility in Las Vegas and it looked much more professional there. The area (Downtown LA) is not very interesting. I don't recommend going there alone at night.
