After you've made a booking, just present your reservation confirmation at the venue, and hand your bags over to the Bounce Partner. Simple!

  • This service was very helpful, storing away the luggage for a few hours was very convenient and affordable, such a great deal. The location is inside the hotel, just go to the front desk and mention you want to store your luggage and they will help you 👍🏼

  • Very Well but the night Security attendant didn't speak english so that was a struggle at first. Also seeing as we are storing luggage I just feel it would be fair to be allowed to wait inside the lobby if needed. He didn't really want to allow that while I waited for my lyft which to me seems a bit odd. It was just a lot of homeless people around in the streets so why not cover a potential safety concern like that yea? But overall great experience and very simple check in and check out.

  • Very easy to drop off and pick up. They ask you for the reservation number so it seems secure. The only thing to improve, is that the address shown is W Olympic Blvd, and it's really S Bonnie Brae St where you actually enter and drop the bags. You do it through the parking lot.
