. The directions confused me as I entered from the other side and couldn’t find the drop off point . Maybe directions from both entrances would be better. As a first time visitor I didn’t even know there was a shopping mall . Apart from that everything was good .

Clearer instructions for Bounce customers. The customer should be aware that the entry to the building is via a locked door and you have to press the buzzer to enter.

Courteous and quick. Store owner gave me codes for self check-in and check-out.

Very friendly and open until late. The only problem was that we had booked at 9:30 a.m. and they did not attend to us until 9:45 a.m.

Secure storage facility on ground floor of hostel. Code provided to open both outside and internal luggage compartment in own time.
