Super convenient for visiting the Christmas market in Frankfurt. I took advantage of my 8-hour layover, took the subway to the city center, left my luggage, and was able to walk around calmly before returning to the airport.

We had a great experience using Bounce storage in Frankfurt. We dropped off two large backpacks and two medium suitcases so we could explore the Christmas markets without the extra weight. When we arrived at The Mobile House, we were warmly greeted and checked in easily using our phone. They took photos of each bag to ensure we’d receive the correct items at pickup, which made us feel very secure. The checkout process was just as smooth—quick, phone-based, and verified with the photos tied to our reservation. We felt completely confident that our luggage was safe while we enjoyed the city. The Mobile House is also conveniently located near Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, making drop-off and pickup extremely easy. We’ll definitely use their service again! Chuck and Rebecca

Easy-to-find, convenient location right in the heart of Frankfurt! The shop employees were quick, efficient, and kind — they even let me re-pack my bags on a table in the store. Bags are stored in a closed closet, out of sight and seemingly secure. The cost is not cheap — over 7 euros — but it was worth it for peace of mind and location.

We left our suitcases there, as there are unfortunately no lockers in the center. Booking and payment had to be made online for insurance purposes. Everything went smoothly. The owner was very friendly.

As other reviews said, this location was a bit difficukt to find if you don’t know what to look for. However, once you find it (it is the Mobile phone store), leaving my suitcase was easy. Part of the process is for the agent checking your luggage in to take a photo of your luggage and asking when you will pick up. The process was seamless and the workers were very nice. Picking up my luggage was the same way. Price-wise, it cost about €7 to leave 1pc of luggage for the day, which costs the same as a big locker in the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The drawback with the train station is there might not be any free lockers, so this Bounce location was convenient! Also, it was cashless and the transaction was paid via their app.
