It felt way more secure leaving my bag at a hotel than in other locations like a local market. The staff was friendly and I trusted they were thorough in following the check in and check out procedures. Would highly recommend this location.

Guy at the register recommended an excellent coffee shop. Solid dude.

There are 2 ladies that seem that work the front desk a brunette and a blonde with glasses that I guess used to bartend, well I heard the blonde no about knocking on a drunk guests room she didn't know to make money... obviously in an inappropriate way. And since then when the 2 are there they give me a hard time I had an umbrella that I forgot, I had called about it then came in a day later and she didnt want to hear me out about what a male staff member said in regards to lost property and she called security over as if I was trying to blame her for my lost Items. Very unprofessional. Especially the fact that then 2 ladies think it's okay to discuss knocking on a heavily intoxicated man's room to see," how much she can make off him" I never spoke on this till now because I like the area and majority of the staff are great and surely have never heard them speak so boldly about being promiscuous with guests to make money. Not a good look. I just wish that staff was more informed about the amenities, like access to the restroom, and didn't treat me like a bum just because I have paid for my bags to be stored.

They should have a better record, since they mixed up the suitcases and said that I had not picked up mine when I did and they were going to charge me more.
