Store clerks were nice. Location felt safe. Access is down stairway though, so app should mention this in advance for people with large suitcases.

Finding this location with maps is a bit tricky. Perhaps they could put in the address that it is located under the building and is accessed on the west side of the building. We will definitely use them again!

Very safe and friendly

The idea is great but this company needs a lot improvement. There was no sign at all of BOUNCE anywhere, the guy seemed confused when I arrived like if I was in the wrong place or what the heck I was doing there with 3 luggages and they all seemed mad, not friendly at all I only left my bags for 2 hours. The idea of this company is brilliant but definitely needs improvement, specially in the safety area.

Great spot for Hilton guests after checkout to keep belongings without going to the car. Friendly helpful staff also and great price

Everything was good.

I understand the baggage was tucked away in storage, but I did feel weird about it being an unlocked door and not monitored. I was waved on to go ahead and get my bag, which was there, then left. I would be surprised if the shop owner truly recognized me, my quantity, and the looks of my bag.

Easy drop off and pick up. Friendly staff. Left in the employee locker area so felt safe

It would be beneficial to not have to carry your bags up and down stairs to store.
