The location was very convenient. We were leaving from Union station later that day so it was just a few minutes away. The check in was very easy, just scanned my code and confirmed the bags. And the worker was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again

Very good location, in the same building than train and bus station. I did t see if the bags were safetly managed in a store but people in the place looks very confident and friedly.

What I loved most wasn’t even that I could be at ease to explore knowing my bags were secured, it was the young fella (I’m so sorry I forget his name or I’d give him his flowers but he was working Monday 11 May, he asked me about my camera) who delivered exceptional customer service - not the performative kind, the authentic kind… the kind that ripples positive energy throughout your day and that is a beautiful gift.
