I felt completely secure leaving my bag there. The two receptionists were especially kind and helpful, they really made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. This place is great! We initially went there to drop Off our suitcases through the bounce app while we explored downtown. The owner is amazing and so helpful. He also makes the best Italian sandwiches!!!!! They’re a must try!!

The service is great and safe, the locker is in the INS store underground across from Tim Hortons 1 floor down to the ground.

A bit hard to find (within the big + multiple layered building), it was great convenience!

The bags were well looked after, the location is inside a market, in front of Tim Hortons, in the Atrium shopping mall, floor -1 (it was a little difficult to find), but it is a great location, as it is close to the subway and makes getting around very easy.

Super friendly staff, reasonably priced, convenient location. Directions could have been better - it’s on lower level of The Atrium right near exit from subway.
