Discover Hongik University Station luggage storage

Good and secure location but it says 24hrs open but really it is only open from 9am-9pm. Had to move my luggage to a locker after 9pm.

it's right at exit 1 of the subway might be a bit difficult to reach with many bags because you use the escalator. but happy with the service

We booked to drop off at Hongdae Exit 1 but it ran out of space when we arrived about 10 minutes late. The staff brought us to another storage space in the same building. They even helped to lift my wife’s and daughter’s suitcases when going up/down stairs. When we picked the luggages, they confirmed where we needed to go and brought us back to the exact entrance of the station gate

The location was good since it was right at exit 1 of the Hongdae subway station. It was also easy to book the service and it didn’t even need to be in advance. We just had to wait for the worker to come and check our bags before putting it in storage.

Perfect! We dropped off our luggage at 5:30 am and despite the hour, someone came very quickly. Retrieval went smoothly as well. Everything is efficient and the location is convenient and easily accessible.

The coin lockers at the station were all full, but I had made a reservation here in advance, so I was able to store my belongings smoothly, which was great! I would like to use this service again!

This location for luggage storage was fantastic. Store staff were very helpful and friendly. Luggage is stored upstairs in a small open room. They scan your QR code and take a photo of your items to match when you return to collect. There’s also a bathroom and kitchen upstairs. We used the bathroom to change before the airport after a day of walking around.

The location was very convenient—just a short walk from Hongik Univ Station (Exit 7), which made it easy to find. We booked an 11:00 AM drop-off. When we arrived, the place was still closed, but the staff showed up right on time and opened promptly. The drop-off process was quick and seamless once they arrived. A nice bonus is that they also sell SIM cards there, which is helpful for travelers. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience.

The staff were very nice, helpful, and kind; they even helped me carry my two large suitcases. The location was easy to find, close to the airport subway exit.

Convenient location and exact instructions, address, and pictures to ensure we were at the right place. Very friendly host who even helped bring our luggage in and out. Would absolutely recommend for anyone waiting to check in to an Airbnb, before going to the airport, or for any other reason you have a need for peace of mind storing your luggage!

Location was great, close to the station. Getting my bag dropped off and picked up was easy, the staff was very nice and I felt my bag was in good hands, and didn’t have to worry about it for the week I had it with them at all.

Communication was perfect and luggage were stored safely
