Discover Gangnam Station luggage storage

It was quick and easy to drop off my luggage. I'm going to pick it up today. It was very easy, and I'd like to use it again when I travel.

It was great that I could exchange my luggage for cash after leaving it.

Conveniently located near our airbnb. However it was difficult to find since it was inside a building. Nice korean man helped us look for it.

Leaving my luggage was very easy. However, it might be easier to communicate with the staff if you speak Korean. Also, since the luggage was left at the entrance, it might be difficult to leave valuables there, although suitcases are fine. The staff were very kind and even helped me carry my luggage to the entrance of my accommodation, which was a little distance away.

It was a little difficult to find the location, as it's inside an office building, but once we were there, the process was quick and easy. They don't have lockers as such; it's a massage center, and they store your lockers right there at reception, but there's no problem when you pick them up.

They were polite, kind and made me feel at ease! I would like to come here for a massage next time.

I had my luggage stored for 5 days when I went to Busan. Location is easy to find and not too far away from subway/bus station. Booked through the app- very straigthforward. Friendly staff. They took photo of my luggage and uploaded it to the app. Happy with the service.

I could have left my luggage at the hotel after checking in, but it was more convenient to have it near the subway station I would be taking home, so I used this service for the first time. I was so glad that they were able to hold my luggage for the whole day for such a low price, less than 700 yen!
