- Easy to find location, I chose this place because it's open 24 hours and right across from where I was staying. Delivery and pickup were very smooth. I needed to extend the rental period and it was very easy to do so through the app. The price was okay, but it could be better if you received a discount on the second suitcase if you added another one.

- Convenient location and exact instructions, address, and pictures to ensure we were at the right place. Very friendly host who even helped bring our luggage in and out. Would absolutely recommend for anyone waiting to check in to an Airbnb, before going to the airport, or for any other reason you have a need for peace of mind storing your luggage!

- Location was very easy to find. Just a few steps from exit 8 of Jongno 5o ga (line1). The staff are also accommodating even if I dropped off my bag late and also picked it up later than the time I originally scheduled. My bag is safe! I left my bag for 10 days. Good value for money.
