It was great and the guy was really nice

Stairs made it difficult to drop off bags and there was very little signage to indicate the location. Bags felt secure, but it should be clarified that it’s not an actual locker location and there’s no front desk. It would be helpful in the instructions to clarify that check-in is within the Fruta store and not just somewhere in the same building.

Cafe Gio was an extremely ideal location as it was right next to our Airbnb lodging. The staff was friendly, and we felt that our belongings were well identified and safe at this location. When we were ready to depart, we had to wait for our pick up, and we enjoyed their beverages and desserts - the citrus drink was amazing! Thank you for hooking us up there.

Easy to drop off at tea house

Perfect, and the person at reception was lovely.

We had a little bit of trouble finding this cafe, however, great place to store luggage with helpful staff. "Seoullo 7017" is a walkable pedestrian bridge that runs horizontally from Seoul Station to Numdaemun area (if you keep walking straight you will get to Myeongdong). There is no real address for this place, the easiest way to find is: when you exit through the main exit at seoul station turn left, walk until you are near a police station, take the elevator up to the bridge.

Good and secure location but it says 24hrs open but really it is only open from 9am-9pm. Had to move my luggage to a locker after 9pm.
