Smooth and easy! I had a hard time finding the location but that’s on me. I was dropped at the wrong entrance. Once I got to the right terminal it was easy to find ~ thank you again.

The staff were very friendly and my luggage was safe. I left it for a whole week and it was returned to me exactly as I left it, without any problems.

The staff were very friendly. When I was about to leave to collect my luggage, it seemed that because I had opened the QR code too early, the QR code disappeared when the time was up, so the staff couldn't scan it. But they were still very kind and told me that it was okay, and that we could take the luggage first while they contacted customer service. The location is on the first floor, so it's actually quite easy to find. I prefer this way of storing my luggage to putting it in a locker, and the price is also very reasonable. I would definitely use it again next time I have the chance!

Bags are stored in a secure and clean location. Staff was nice and helpful. The coffee shop is on a hill so depending on where you approach it from you would either have to walk uphill or downhill. Like 10min walk from the express bus terminal.

Easy dropoff and pickup!

It was so easy, I walked in and showed the QR code and they took my suit case. At pick up, I did the same thing and they went and got it. It was great.
