  • PLEASE READ: This location is difficult to find by relying on GoogleMaps or similar alone. I appreciate the locals that helped us because we were wandering for a little. The store is located in Building 2 on level B2, which is two floors down from the ground level. The wayfinding signs indicate which building you’re in with four different colored rectangles in an L-shape and you’ll know you’re in Building 2 when the red box shows a “2”. From the center of the building, you can go in four directions that are marked with kanji. My guess is that they indicate East, West, North and South but I can’t read kanji. You should look for the side with the stairs (opposite the escalators), go past the stairs, and look for a corridor full of shops. Luckily you won’t have to look/walk too far down from that point. Thankfully other reviewers left photos for the lit blue “Ticket Zone” sign that helped us find it. While this location was hard to find, the employees made the experience a breeze and they were very friendly. It’s recommended to book online as they’ll ask for a QR code to drop off/pick up and you can pay with your card. There is an option to fill out paperwork but it seems you have to pay with cash with this option. The bonus to this location is that the same level connects to train stations so that made it easy for us to go exploring for the day and come back to get our bags before traveling to our next destination.

  • The service was great with easy check in. I'm docking a star merely because it was so hard to find and I was very confused by it being a ticket/money exchange place that also did luggage storage and not just an actual luggage storage place. More details on how to find it would be helpful as google was definitely not helpful.

  • Service was seamless once we got there. Directions on how to access this location should be more thorough, with description that it is on the 2nd floor underground in a maze of shops. Step by step on how to get from train station would be even better

  • I was initially very skeptical about using Bounce. The price was almost too affordable, they don't restrict luggage sizes (a rarity in Japan!), and the concept of storing bags in a karaoke shop (Big Echo) seemed unusual. However, this service turned out to be absolutely fantastic and was the perfect solution for storing our large suitcases for a few days. The online booking process was quick and easy. Finding the location was straightforward using their map, though note that there isn't a prominent "Bounce" sign outside the Big Echo karaoke shop—just head inside and the staff will know what you're there for. The check-in and pick-up process couldn't have been simpler. You just show the QR code from your booking confirmation, and they handle the rest. It was efficient, secure, and the staff were friendly. If you have oversized luggage and need flexible, affordable storage in Osaka, I cannot recommend Bounce highly enough. It completely exceeded our expectations and made our trip so much more convenient.
