Luggage storage By Nishi-Umeda Station

I urgently needed to find a private storage facility on the same day, and it was convenient that I could book immediately! The booking process wasn't difficult either, which is great! The staff member was very kind and helpful.☺️🙏🏻

I used this restaurant for a dinner after a business trip because I didn't want to carry my suitcase around. It was in a convenient and easy-to-find location, which was a great help! The staff were also very quick to respond, which was nice. I would like to use it again.

Both dropping off and picking up my luggage was very smooth. It was incredibly helpful to be able to reserve large items and have them quickly taken care of. And it was cheap! I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to my friends.

Super great experience and would absolutely use again. On B1 floor but has elevators/escalators. 24/7 which is amazing. Stress free, very courteous and professional. 7-8 minute walk from train station and signs to DD building are posted throughout station. Pickup was quick and smooth. No surprises. Could maybe use improved app directions to help find the Popeye location in the building, but everyone in the building was helpful in getting us there.
