We had an amazing experience, our best doing luggage storage. We needed a few hours to do a long run before going to the airport and the ladies were so nice and kind. They even prepared us some fresh strawberries for after our run which were delicious. Highly recommend!

Drop-off and pick-up was fast and easy. Really close to the Osaka Aquarium (5 minute walk). Cheaper rate then renting a storage locker at the aquarium.

I checked my luggage for the Osaka Marathon and I am satisfied.

Very easy to use and helpful service! I reserved a couple days early and got a 10% discount. We dropped off with a barcode scan and picked up same thing. The entrance is a little tricky - we went in to LEI, turned right for the elevators and went to floor 6F where the Karaoke bar is and dropped off there. The sign is small but as soon as I said 'Bounce' they knew what I was there for. Highly recommend and will use again! Very friendly staff.
