- We needed baggage storage on our last day in Osaka. Bounce was easy to book and was near Namba station which was one train line to the airport. It is a karaoke bar at night so use the day to store luggage. It is downstairs so you will need to be able to carry your luggage up and down stairs. The process was efficient and our bags were looked after well. I would be happy to use Bounce again in Osaka.

- This is an alternative if you bring a suitcase with dimensions of 28-30" which may not fit in the coin locker, because they do not put your suitcase in the locker. We brought 4 large suitcases and they served us very well and were friendly with us. Just leave it here if you are going to travel to Dotonbori and Namba and the surrounding areas.

- LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. Firstly, the place was great. The staff were very kind even though we were half an hour late. Don't even use a gps to get here, do yourself a favour and navigate for the Don Quijote near Dotonbori, cause if you're right in front of the DQ, just go down the little side street next to it and you'll find the place super easily.

- The service experience was very good. My only complaint was that it's not very obvious at all that you have arrived at the correct address. I'm confused as to why they have not put up even just a small Bounce Luggage Storage sign to make it clear that you have arrived at the correct place. You actually have to approach the entrance to the car park and show your Bounce QR code to the parking attendant who will then be able to assist you once they get a moment in between storing and retrieving people's cars.
